Serverseer was born out of frustration. I often need to cross-reference servers and IP addresses and tired of logging into server providers and navigating to the appropriate pages to get the information.
Serverseer lets you quickly get server details across multiple accounts with many of the popular virtual machine server providers.
Data is stored in your private iCloud. This means your data stays yours. I have no access to any credentials.
Serverseer uses Personal Access Tokens for connecting to the Digital Ocean API. In your Digital Ocean account, go to API, generate a new token. Serverseer only requires Read access and it’s encouraged to opt-out of Write permissions.
Serverseer uses Personal Access Tokens for connecting to the Linode API. In your Linode account, go to My Profile, select the API Tokens tab and Add Personal Access Token. Serverseer only requires Read access for Linodes and it’s encouraged to opt-out of Write permissions for everything.
Serverseer uses Personal Access Tokens (PAT) for connecting to the Hetzner Cloud API.
Unlike other server providers, Hetzner PAT’s are per-project, so you must create a token for each project you wish to add to Serverseer.
To do this first select the project from Hetzner Cloud Dashboard. Click the Access navigation item (With the key icon), select the API Tokens tab and Generate API Token button. Unfortunately it is not possible to refine permissions for Hetzner Cloud.
Serverseer uses Personal Access Tokens for connecting to the Vultr API. First log-in to the Vultr Dashboard, select Account, API and Enable API. You may also need to add your IP to the Access Control list, or set Any IPv4 / Any APIv6 to connect.
